MT programs

Our Management Trainees Program (MTP) is an annual initiative designed to infuse fresh talent and enthusiasm into our organisation. The selection process for MTP candidates involves a series of rigorous evaluations, including psychometric tests, assessment centre assessments, interviews, group discussions, and feedback from universities.
Once selected, our Management Trainees embark on a comprehensive six-month training journey. This training covers a broad spectrum of technical, soft, and emerging leadership skills that are vital across the organisation. At Crestex, we take pride in providing an immersive and enriching experience for our Management Trainees. The majority of our business leaders began their journey with us as Management Trainees.

 

Eligibility criteria

To be considered for our program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Education: A minimum of 16 years of formal education in the respective discipline from an institute recognized by the HEC (Higher Education Commission).
Academic Performance: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is required.
Age: Applicants should not exceed 25 years of age at the time of the advertisement.
Work Experience: Experienced candidates are eligible for consideration as long as they meet the above criteria.
